Several times a year, the Chamber Music Series brings beautiful music to the San Francisco East Bay……and you are invited! Each recital in the series showcases classical music and world-class musical talent. Best of all, the concerts are FREE and open to all music lovers.
Each season consists of four recitals that take place at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Pleasant Hill, CA. The musicians are veteran instrumentalists from all around the Bay Area that come to perform as trios and quartets, quintets and octets (and even the occasional soloist). The music selections range from well-known composers like Bach, Beethoven and Mozart to newer favorites like Kerry Turner and Lowell Liebermann.
From its start in 2005, the Chamber Music Series has proudly partnered with Contra Costa Interfaith Housing in raising funds for its programs that support homeless families in Contra Costa County. Freewill donations collected at each chamber music recital directly benefit CCIH and its mission to provide permanent, affordable housing for homeless and at-risk families.
We hope you will join us for the next recital in our Chamber Music Series on Sunday, January 29 at 3pm. Refreshments are provided at intermission. Bring a friend, come as you are, and enjoy some beautiful music.
